Ohana Yoga is accessible for you if this is your first yoga experience.  One of the keys to a good yoga practive is tuning into your needs on each given day, some days we need to work more strongly and other days we need a softer approach. This stlyle of yoga caters to your different day to day needs by providing variations to the postures.

You will learn some of the key components of yoga: breath, postures and relaxation.  The focus of each class is to teach a deepened breath practice, to educate you on the benefits of the postures to your physical and emotional self, to teach you methods of relaxation and quieting your mind.
